Browse designer dresses for every occasion. Choose your style, select your event date, and secure your rental in just a few clicks. Weekend rentals only. Weekdays are unavailable due to garment changeover and preparation times.

Delivered To You

Your rental is dispatched via overnight courier and arrives 1–3 days before your event. You'll receive tracking details once shipped or a collection notification if you've selected local pickup.

Wear & Enjoy

Look and feel amazing at your event in your designer rental. Don't forget to tag us or send through your photos for credit towards your next booking.

Return With Ease

Once your event is over, simply place your rental back into the provided return packaging. Drop it at the post office on the next business day, or return pickup orders on Sunday or Monday to avoid late fees.

How do you book?

Booking your dress is easy!

  1. Browse our collection and choose your favourite dress.
  2. Select your event date and preferred size.
  3. Choose either Express Post or Local Pickup (if available).
  4. Complete your booking and payment through our website.
  5. We'll send you a confirmation email with everything you need to know about your hire.

Your dress will arrive before your event, and once you're finished, simply return it by the agreed return date using the prepaid return label (postal hires) or return it to our pickup location (local pickups).

Not sure on sizing? We recommend booking a try-on before hiring. Try-ons can be booked through our website and are available by appointment.

Need a dress urgently? Get in touch via Instagram or our Contact page and we'll do our best to organise an express or last-minute booking.

What happens if I accidentally damage my rental?

We understand accidents can happen! If your dress is returned with damage, we'll assess it and let you know the outcome.


  • Minor damage (such as a loose stitch, small hole or broken zip): You'll only be charged the cost of the repair.

  • Major damage (where the dress cannot be repaired or returned to a rentable condition): You'll be charged the replacement cost of the garment, up to the original retail price.

  • Stains requiring professional treatment: If a dress requires specialist dry cleaning due to excessive staining (such as fake tan, makeup, alcohol, nail polish or heavy soiling), you'll be responsible for the dry cleaning costs.

Please don't attempt to wash or dry clean the dress yourself, as this can cause further damage. If anything happens during your hire, just let us know as soon as possible—we'll always appreciate the honesty!

What is your refund policy?

As all bookings reserve a dress exclusively for you, we do not offer refunds or store credit for:


  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect sizing or fit.

  • Deciding not to wear the dress.

We highly recommend booking a try-on or checking the size guide before placing your order.

The only time a refund may be offered is if the garment arrives damaged beyond normal wear and tear and is unsuitable to wear.

Can I cancel my booking?

All bookings are final. However, if you've selected local pickup and cancel at least 48 hours before your event, we'll provide a store credit for your booking, less a $15 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your event, or postal bookings, are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Can I try the dresses on?

Yes! We offer try-ons by appointment. A $10 booking fee is required to secure your appointment, which is deducted from your hire if you proceed with a booking. We recommend trying dresses on if you're unsure about sizing.

When will my dress arrive?

Postal orders are dispatched before your booking date to ensure they arrive in time for your event. We recommend booking well in advance, especially during busy seasons.

How do I return my dress?

If your dress was posted to you, simply place it back in the provided packaging and lodge it at an Australia Post outlet using the prepaid return label before 5pm on your return date.

If you selected local pickup, return the dress to the pickup address by the agreed return time.
